Sound of Sweden
About

This site is a doorway

Sound of Sweden makes long field recordings in real Swedish places — forests, shorelines, rain, white water — and publishes them on YouTube.

Every recording here is made on location, not synthesized: a specific forest at Värmdö, a specific waterfall in Dalarna, a specific shore on Gotland. The identity is the place — nine hours long, so it outlasts a full night's sleep or a full day's focus without looping.

This site itself is intentionally not the destination. It exists to help people searching Google find the right recording for what they need — sleep, focus, calming an anxious dog — and send them to YouTube, where the video actually plays and every view counts toward the channel.
